We built a connected rental ecosystem designed to simplify the property search and rental process for the Tricity region. We developed a custom platform that serves as a bridge between property seekers and providers, featuring a clean, user-friendly interface that makes property discovery effortless.

We designed the platform to support diverse property types with advanced search and filtering capabilities—allowing users to find Flats, Houses, PGs, and Rooms based on location, budget, and specific needs. The "Contact Directly" feature enables seamless communication between renters and property owners or brokers, creating a transparent and efficient connection process. We also integrated a property cost calculator tool to help users make informed decisions.

For UX/UI, we created an intuitive, visually clean design that builds trust through verified listings and clear property details. The platform is fully mobile-responsive, recognizing that property searches happen on-the-go. The platform also includes dedicated spaces for brokers and owners to showcase their listings, creating a thriving marketplace ecosystem for the Tricity rental market.
