We didn't just build an app; we built the digital backbone for a new kind of pet care company.
Phase 1: Unified UX/UI Strategy
We started with a "digital-first" design philosophy. We created a unified design system that works seamlessly across the website landing page, Android app, and iOS app. The interface uses a friendly, clean aesthetic focused on ease of use—whether a user is booking a vet visit, ordering fresh food, or shopping on the marketplace. The goal was to make complex services feel simple.
Phase 2: Website Landing Page Development
We designed and developed the doggzi.com landing page not just as a brochure, but as a powerful conversion tool. It clearly communicates the brand's value proposition, showcases "Today's Special" and "Popular Services," and serves as the primary funnel for app downloads.
Phase 3: Mobile App Architecture & Development
We developed a feature-rich, high-performance app for both Android and iOS. The core features included:
Service Booking: An intuitive system for scheduling grooming, training, vet visits, and walks with certified professionals.
Fresh Food Subscription: A seamless interface for managing daily meal plans with breed-specific options .
"Club Doggzi" Membership: A fully functional subscription module with priority booking, exclusive discounts, and member perks.
E-Commerce Marketplace: A fully integrated storefront (market.doggzi.com) for pet products.
Pet Profile Management: Allowing users to create detailed profiles for their pets to personalize their experience .
Phase 4: Successful App Store Publication
We guided the app through the rigorous publication process for both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, ensuring it met all guidelines. The app was successfully published and is available for download, with a current version of 1.0.220 on Android .
Phase 5: Vendor & Partner Enablement
We built the backend systems necessary to onboard and manage Doggzi's network of service providers, vets, and product vendors, creating a robust ecosystem that supports the business model .
